heavy-lidded
depths of emotion
pathway to the soul
glisten with sadness
and shift in the light
a painting
still as stone, yet
shadows shift and images
worth a thousand words
appear to describe the abyss of what is colour
A man
whose spirit is admired by all
yet frowned down on by his own
deep thoughts
and darker soul
what joins all these things?
I suppose
one must simply get to know them all
from different perspectives
