Okay?
Stars twinkling in moonlight,
As I lay on cold, damp grounds.
Remembering your warm embrace.
Listening to weeping, tears running down my flush cheeks.
Looking back to our little infinity,
Missing you in every way.
I was a grenade, but you refused to let go.
I latch onto your lifeless love,
As light drains from your greying face.
We laid you in flowers, white, full of life,
Placing on last metaphor over your casket.
My words I spoke to you burn deep in my heart,
Though they will not come out.
Those words you wrote for me, I shall never forget.
Remember, our little infinity.
