His hair was long
His eyes were blue
He didn’t talk
He didn’t laugh
He didn’t cry
He was shy
He was scared
He was sad
He was alone
He was lonely
He needed someone
He needed someone to look into
His blue eyes and tell him it was okay
He needed me almost as much as I needed him
