Face your flaws
Facing the flaws of our bodies are impossible.
A Secret hate for the art of yourself isn’t probable.
Without the media and the standards of being beautiful
Spreading a disease of distaste making it unsolvable.
Wanting everyone to look the same to be accepted
Not knowing everyone is affected
Fitting trends and images to stay above water
Forgetting that its yourself you need to honor
Letting the overcritical slurs be tossed around without care
Why be ignorant to people for their God-made bodies when you were once there?
Shaming people because they have false hair and wear and tear
Will get you no where
Faking confidence and bullying won’t heal you
After a while people will see the new you that no one knew
So lace up that shoe and hope you will get through
Because what’s hidden will shine in the end
One day you will need a friend
A hand to extend from the friends you befriend
So I recommend you not to pretend
