But I was to weak to fight back
I allowed you to rule over me
I became what you wanted
I did what you wanted
And for what? An ever lasting friendship?
No, I did it because I was too afraid to do anything else
I guess I was scared of losing you
Because one by one the others walked out of my life
And I was determined that you wouldn't be one of them
But look where we are at now
Two separate spirits that will never again cross paths
I am deeply saddened that this didn't work out
But all along I knew it wouldn't
We were just so different
You were so evil and full of vinegar
And I was just a lost soul finding its way
This separation is for the better
