Nomadic Inclinations
The opulence of green and heat
Reminds you of the elegance in winter
And a sunny afternoon
generates a craving for the rain
For each melody
could always use more bass
And the rhythm of the dance
is never at the correct pace
Why is it that as soon as our thirsts are quenched
we claim to be drenched?
Is there no reality, so lovely in design
that dreaming is gratuitous,
an extinct pastime?
Can we vanquish our dynamic aspirations
Desert this insatiable limbo
Or are our nomadic inclinations
all we'll ever know?
