Help a Soldier

The world is a nasty place,
Full of hate and disgrace.
Just being in this world makes you feel like a dirty person,
Wanting to take a shower with holy water every chance you get.
Everyone is a solider with story to tell,
If people would just listen to the warriors; everything would change.
Holding on to hope so tight,
Their knuckles turn white as the saint’s robe.
Everyone wants to help,
They do not want to get judged.
That is the problem,
Stop thinking of every else’s opinion.
Stop and help a fighter,
You don’t what their war story is like.
Widen your eyes,
You might be that fighter one day.
