i gaze upon your frail hands from afar;
how i wish i could peek upon the woes they’ve endured.
i catch only but a phrase of your brittle voice;
it reverberates sorrow and leaks pain.
i have yet to understand my fixation on you;
and all your fragmented psyche.
maybe it’s because legend has it,
two shattered souls are puzzle pieces made of iron;
when converged form an inviolable connection.

say, where does this piece go?
