I saw you in my nightmares 

sticking needles through my skin

pushing your way into my head

teeth and sweat, biting into my neck

to drain my remaining strength away

You are everything they had warned me about

and i wish i had believed them then

before my l;ife turned to ashes

from the countless burns you left on my skin

I have the scars to prove you guilty

if only someone was interested in listening.

I was attracted to the mystery

and the new kind of darkness

but it must be dark for a reason.

It took me too long to realise it.

So here i stand putting you on trial

while trapped in my own self made confinement

I saw you in my nightmares, laughing at my screams and waterfall of tears.

Ripping me from my former self. I can't Stop these demons anymore, but i refuse to let you win.
