Beauty is'nt just a pretty face, its the heart that makes that pretty face stay pretty.

As I look in the sky,
I see a red tailed hawk,
swooping down then going
back up soaring high in the
baby blue clear sky.

A crack of a white man's
shotgun shatters the scilence
of the tribe, startaling me.
As I return to the way I was
standind, I watch in
horror ar the sight
of the beautiful
hawk fall to my feet.
I begain to cry.

But, what do you know
about the differences
between the white man
and cooper skined?

For I know greatly. For
I am unwanted by white
man, but seen as a child
sent by the creator as
punishment to my mother.
I am both. White man and
copper skined, but all you
know is, you kind is being
killed for food. Rest in
peace little one. Sleep
softly with the creator

This is something I wrote for my culture and history. Most people dont know the struggle that Native Americans went through. I stand here proudly today, White, Native American and many other races. Please stop. Put an end to the Sorrow that will never Understand
