The Size of Beauty
To us girls who are not a size zero
To us girls, who do not have a flat front or side profile
To most CoverGirl and Vogue are their hero
But to us girls who choose not to starve ourselves
This skinny girl perfection is painted in our minds
To us girls who leave the weight loss pills on the shelves
Because even though these two skinny bitches I’m sitting between
Like to talk about how I cannot pull off the skinny jean
I know that they both are so anorexic that they cannot even breathe
Cannot even breathe without their rips completely showing it’s sad
Their words don’t hurt me because I know how they hate themselves so bad
How they starve and take those pills because their last men left them
Compromising your life for pain and an image is a sin
If and when you’re that desperate for love and a relationship
It apparently doesn’t matter if it’s a load of s***
It’s funny how the same guys who want a “curvy girl”,
Also want a skinny, in-shape, stereotypical perfect girl
Might as while date an alive Barbie because that’s as good as your gonna get
So to you girls who think that seeing your ribs and hardly eating is “sexy”
Then maybe you need to worry about what guys you’ll end up with
Overall there isn’t enough guys who would appreciate the pain you put up with
Put up with, to make this image long lasting, but not for you
No, the pain and drastic measures girls go to for a perfect body,
It’s not for us, it’s to please others, to make guys call you “shawty”
So, who are you helping by hurting yourself to remain “sexy”?

“People always ask me how I start a collection, and I tell them that I just look around. What am I tired of? What am I in the mood for? Real fashion change comes from real changes in real life. Everything else is just decoration.”
