This is a great poem. A great metaphor and way of describing something so simple. It just goes to show you don't need lengthy descriptions and verses to make a poem sound sentimental. This is one of the most heartfelt poems I've heard in a long time and it was done so effortlessly.

This describes me exactly, I can totally relate. I love the way that you put it together though, short and to the point. It's truly fantastic! <3

i love this poem. i know every comment on here is probably saying that they can relate and i am going to say the same thing. i totally can. but i think there comes a time when you meet that special someone and you dont have to be told that they miss you but you just know because they love you and that will never go away. great piece of writing:)

I like the soul to it, it's not lengthy and get's right to the point. And it also expresses every emotion that someone has had at some point- the feeling that you want to be missed.

The way we feel sometimes. Like we want to feel cared about and loved, but yet we hold back the chance to ever really recieve what we want. Then, are we the ones not being loved, or not feeling the love?
