Silence
Cold casts the rooms
Cement floors, walls, and faces.
Silence slices the inner screams
barbed wire chain up the lost
They chain up the unfortunates
The misfits,
Some moms,
Some dads,
Some brothers or sisters,
Some child.
Their lives slipped and pushed back by steel cell walls.
They wait to revel themselves, reveal their better person
As normal people shuffle in and out, disgust fills their turned up nose.
Not realizing that the savages,
Monkeys,
Gorillas,
Moms,
Brothers,
Behind the steel cells walls,
Are normal too.
