Saving me

Silly white papers that hold my every thought, littered with
Keepsakes and lost ideas that will never be finished.
Each one a small part of my soul that’s
Too personal to show my peers, knowing they’ll judge who I am.
Caged within these white papers in between these two covers they
Hold more than just drawings and doodles. They hold the
Beauty I find within.
Obsessed with getting it all down, an
Outcast within my own mind, my
Knight that will save me is simply a pen and paper.
