Flowers bloom bright and soft
Delicate as a blade of grass
As soft as a baby lamb
You seem them bloom and grow
Wait for them to go
And when they stay you say
"thank you"

For you have spared them from heartbreak
They stayed through the storms
They stayed through sickness
With there beauty and soft touch
As they whisper to you in the wind
"I'll stay"

I hope people realize that when someone loves you they wait for you to leave. When you love someone you let them go. They want you to stay and when you do you have spared them from heart break and they say thank you.
