My mind is a bomb
It's ticking and won't stop
Obliterated thoughts in one
Tell me it's not wrong
Racing back and forth
I can escape this and dream
Think of somewhere better
Find a place to redeem
THINK about the past
Wonder how it got so bad
Try to make sense of it
'the best years you'll ever have'
Endless corridors, seemingly daunting
But there is a destination set
everything will be okay
You just don't know it yet
Hold on to the time you have
God knows how quickly it goes
Forget but not forgive
It's the secret we all know
