dear Depression,
you don't own me
you don't have a right to make me feel worthless
to cut my body and slice my skin
you don't have a right to invade my mind
to hurt my heart

dear Depression,
you don't own me
i own me
and i choose not to hurt me
so i no longer live in your chains

now go away
i never want to see you again

dear Life,
i'm sorry i tried to leave you
let's be friends again

I went through depression and sometimes still do, but I haven't been depression in awhile. I'm starting to be always, happy now. But I can connect. I can connect a lot. Your poem is absolutely, beautiful. Filled with rawness and emotion and beauty and sadness and you; you put yourself into it, when you wrote it. You relly have such a talent and greatnes in you; you are a wonderful person and writer. Thank you so much, for sharing this. :)
