She's screaming
She's yelling
She's clawing
She wants to get out
The cage rattles as she shakes the bars
"Let me out," she cries
I can't though
I can't let her out.
"You Fool" she says "You know you want to!"
She licks her lips coyly staring deep into my soul

Wrath and Pain

My heart is racing
My tears are building
"No," I scream!!!
"You wicked witch, I won't"
She starts to chuckle and with a smirk on her face says,
"A witch? I see..."
She sits down with a glow on her face as she repeats the phrase, " A witch, I see"
I slowly draw closer, with caution of course
She begins to stand to face me
I free, but nothing happens, so again I continue towards her, till I see her face
A witch I see, but no, it's not
It's only me!
The past me of course
the one that ruined my life
I remember the day I locked her away
So long it has been
Now to see that she wants to be free

She smiles at me, calm and nice,
But I know for certain that's not who she is.
She's angry and hurt
Hating the world
Wanting it to burn
She hates my family, my friends, my life!
She hates so much that I can't let her out.
I finally turn away to walk away
She doesn't flinch
And all I hear is her saying,
"A witch I see... My dear, what you see is the real me."
The room is dark
The cage out of sight
But she will be back, she will return
To haunt my dreams
