With spider-tip fingers, I weave my web of words,
Double crossing the important ones and dropping the strings of those that
Aren't.
I am an arachnid.
Trapping readers like flies with words and lines,
Wrapping them with suspense,
I've learned how to make my web sticky.

The author's comments:
I started thinking 'hey, my hands look like spiders!' and this popped out. Anyways, writers are like spiders, they can trap you in their story and suck out your emotions, devious little buggers.
