why me
why can't i breathe
why can't i run
wild and free
down a field
to the sea
twirl around
until i fall to the ground
the wind blowing my hair
the fresh and cool air
grab a guitar
dance under the stars
have a bonfire
lift my spirits higher
sing to world
that I'm a free girl
why can't I laugh
why can't I love
why can't I let go
give it all above
jump for joy
and praise everything
drift away
on a warm summer day
why me
why can't I breathe
