who will it be

who to pick
a heart torn in two
the man the society says is right
or the man kept out of her reach
now taken away
the man she chose
the one who was always out of reach
because of society
now left brokenhearted
not knowing where he is
how he is
or if he is even alive
will she try to find him
against all odds
will listen to society
or her heart?
