I promised you I'd never change my mind,
and I would never cheat.
Love is not a game,
But you made me compete.
We laughed and had fun,
together,
and with everyone,
until our love came undone.
You held my hand,
and kissed my face.
Is this the ending you had planned?
Me,alone, in this strange place.
I promised you I'd never change my mind,
and I would never cheat.
You promised too,
but as time went by,
your promise was left to die.
