Secrets Inside Me

I have secrets
They can be surprising
You think I am perfect
You don’t know what I’m hiding
I see everyone looking
They see my fake smile
My secrets safe inside me
Never coming out
Somebody notices
That one day I’m gone
I have had enough of secrets
But the secrets lasted to long
I am now gone
With the secrets inside me
No one will know
I died fighting
The silent disease that kept me crying
