Dark thoughts
Swirling fears
Want someone to listen
To hear
Maybe even fear
Making me doubt
Haunting my mind
From the inside out
Feeling doesn't help
Sitting and feeling alone
In a room full of people
Making me sad
Something in this world
Should make me glad
To be alive
Or to see another night
To be on earth
Or not to feel hurt
Can only feel
Feel what is real
Nothing Fake
Nothing I can take
To make reality disappear
