Why people let go”
When there’s so much
To hold on to
And only one life to live
And will somebody tell
Me why some make it
Look easy
To just forget
The one you once loved
Or will you just tell
Me your dumb reasons why
It’s ok to let go
Because people
Want life without
A struggle
And I will tell you
To hold on to
First chances
Because life doesn’t always
Offer two
