Balcony Thoughts
Standing at my balcony, looking at the streets
Wondering what could be next, what could it be?
Looking at the sky, saying the world is mine
With 24 hours, where is the time?
Standing at my balcony, nothing else matters
Being alone, or with people who think they’re better
Looking at the ocean, saying that I rule the world
But then I open my eyes, and all is disturbed
Standing at my balcony, trying to escape
Saying that there’s no need to fear, flying with my cape
Looking at the stars, and asking who I really am
I am Stephannie
With thoughts from a balcony
