We are nothing but that of glass
Made whole
Sometimes new and sometimes old
We get dropped
Sometimes we get cracked
And sometimes we shatter
We get lost
And we get used
Sometimes we are not worth the cost
We are forgotten, and we are alone
Hoping one day we can be shown
We are beaten down
And we get tattered
But as long as we know …
We matter
