I see him walking around campus
Sometimes its just us
He will smile at me
I pretend to be as happy as can be
But underneath
I’m dying to be seen
We have so much in common
Our favorite color is green
We are perfect for each other
I just have to come clean
Maybe one day
Some time
He will come and say
How perfect we are for each other
But no
Its only a silly dream
No matter how amazing it can seem
It will never happen
I can dream all i want
But there will always be someone else
Someone perfect for him
Someone better than me
