Why do i get mood swings?
I hate it so much.
I feel so drained right now.
I just want it to end.
Why must it continue?
I feel so worn out and used up.
I hate this.

I just wrote this. I was suddenly overcome with a mood swing that I didn't notice until a little after it came upon me. I started thinking about the people I missed and loved, and I just became depressed. I hate it so much.
