Shallow girls, restless nights
Nostalgic days close behind
New flock follows every day
So I can keep my friends at bay
Speaking in meaningless obscurities
To hide the vainest insecurities
Success is a misguided ambition
That leads to a loss of intuition
A Blinding sign, a helpless faith
Keeps me knocking at midnights door
And with this rain gathering ‘round my feet
What am I out here searching for?
