Your eyes
They don’t lie
They tell the tale of a girl
Broken and beaten down
Until there was nothing left
But a bloody corpse
.
Don’t even try to play the game
Of “I’m fine”
When I can clearly see
The tears running from
Your eyes

The author's comments:
I wrote this piece to show how easy it is to see behind someones mask if you just try. Also to show the people wearing the mask there eyes never lie. Everyone can see there pain but most people just choose not to act.
