no sleep tonight
i'm haunted by the light
that crashed thru my window this morning
i feel the ache
as it sharpens the day
but it all seems to come without warning
so i'll sneak in a dream
'til it bursts at the seams
from thoughts of faith and intangible things
yea, i'll shut the world out
slip slowly in doubt
until i feel the lonely it brings
when the night creeps in
i'll dream of your skin
and float forever in your mystery
yea, i'll lie awake in my bed
get lost in my head
and dream of whatever we could be...
