When I look in the mirror
I see a vast emptiness
No inhabitance
Just a confused and hurt girl
It’s like the dim walls
Are splattered
With the pain
Oozing with regrets
And screaming for help
As you stare into that mirror
You think to yourself
Who is God?
Why do you even believe?
You may ask again and again
Lemme tell you this you will get no answer
But if you take the time to look
You will seek an answer
God is the one that created everything on this earth
He has a plan for each and every one of us
It might take a little time for us to understand
It is worth it
I have given up all hope
Until I started realizing
That God has a plan for me
He has protected me every step of the way
Even the night where you think life is over
God gives you a reason to keep on going
Well he grins from ear to ear
Saying
Baby girl this is the beginning
You know he is right
There is so much more to live for
He has it all planned out
You just got to believe
Have faith in what he is doing
Because it will all be alright
