Trees
Their natural beauty anyone can see,
from Cherry Blossoms to Douglas Fir,
the wood so thick, the leaves so pure.
Kids all love it, they climb so high,
trees are old, as they age to reach the sky.
Pick an apple, smell a pine cone,
do a favor, and plant your own,
the leaves change colors with the fall,
children jump in the leaves and out they crawl,
soon all of the leaves will be gone,
as soon as winter reaches dawn,
but do not worry, for spring will come,
and sap will ooze out,
who knows where from,
while the sap comes, the leaves will sprout,
for there is just no end to trees.
