My Heart My Love
You took my heart
Wrung it out
And mixed it with my tears
My eyes were red
For so long
From the crying blood
When they turned blue again
Blue as the sky, you say
You came back, asking for my heart once more
I gave willingly
Now you break it often
Little by little
It might be worse
Than when you did it all at once
I’m afraid
That the day will come
When my heart will be gone
And you along with it
If you break my heart enough
I will have nothing left to love with
And your needs
I cannot achieve
