You can feel your stomach turning.
Your starving
But you wont eat.

You have these out raged thoughts in your head thinking that your fat.

You can feel your body eat away at your muscles
leaving only skin and bones
Thats what you are

Skin and bones
On the way to your heart stopping

Your body is shutting down.
But you force yourself not to do anything about it

People start to ask
“What are you doing?”

They see your cheeks sunken into your face
Your ribs through your shirts
The bones in your hands

That night your heart stops
But you take this one last breath
and gone

And your death certificate says:
Cause of death: Anorexia
