Processing Thought

As I sat on the bus this afternoon,
Finished with a long, hard day,
Thoughts awaiting clarity,
And an instance of coherence,
In a jumbled stream I'd worked as hard,
As table-salt to reach,
I thought for just a moment,
That a thought worth time to think,
Must be formed without purpose,
After working all day,
Through discomfort and a
Cold bus seat.
