A baby is like a delicate flower,
Needless of any power.
A toddler is as tough as a rose
With a crying face and runny nose.
A pre-schooler learns the ABC’s
And runs in terror of buzzing bees.
A kindergartener is a growing weed,
You have to meet its every need.
An elementary kid is a long-lasting storm,
Through good and bad they turn out pretty norm.
A middle school child think they know best,
But to many parents they’re just a pest.
A high school student is a wandering road
Choosing their ways and carrying their load.
An adult is a free soaring Eagle,
They have their own job, teacher, medical, or legal.
A parent is a helpful guide,
They get you through times you just want to hide.
A senior citizen is an aging tree,
One day or another they just wont be.
