When I look into the mirror
I see myself
don't know if I like it
but there is little I can do.
people tell me I am beautiful
inside and out
but I don't see it
where the beauty hides I don't know
but it has to somewhere
for the beauty inside me makes me who I am
I'm not told where to look for this beauty of mine
it's expected I find it on my own
I will find it someday ,somewhere,somehow
but for now it's hard to see
everyone has beauty within them
whether it is outside
inside
inside and outside
the only problem is
we refuse to see it,the way the rest of the world sees us.
reach within yourself and pull that beauty out
be proud to be yourself
beauty is in everyone
whether we see it or not.
