You are strong we both know this is true,
But there has been so much that you have been through.
You have faced your demons once, twice, before,
Yet they come back, stronger than before.
They tied the noose that lies in your hand.
They are the blood that you have bled.
They tell you to take the pills that’ll bring your death,
But you’re not ready, not yet.
You’re demons are strong, this is true,
But they’re not as strong as you.
Put down the noose, knife and pills.
To get better you’ll have to climb mountains and hills.
Things will get better, trust me it’s true
Just don’t die; it’s not your time
Please be strong for me and you.
