Whenever death may surprise us, let it be welcome if our battle cry has reached even one receptive ear and another hand reaches out to take up our arms.
Che Guevara

An army of snowflakes
In a mass grave
Told to march forward
Into the haze.
The reason why
Is clear as snow
For most will die
This we all know.
On the noon of the battle
Wind violently blows
Down from the sky
Fall white specs of snow.
There’s no going back
As the soldiers fall
A conscious they lack
The invasion has begun.

From above to below
One after one they go
Each is unique in shape
All made of H2O.
Mindless in their ways
They fall wave after wave
To invade the enemy
For success they pray.
But this story is one sided
And quite simple minded
The enemy they invade
Are the streets that we’ve paved.
Year after year
When the season comes
In the sky they prepare
The invasion has begun.

From inside we idol
At the beauty of battle
For we think we know
Which victor will show.
But to our surprise
The reverse is true
They stare at us
Both me and you.
They wait and linger
From above they prepare
A meeting’s been held
And all of nature was there.
We humans have gone mad
And robbed nature bare
A new war will start
Were logics impaired.
Now the time has come
We must prepare
The invasion has begun.

To all alike
Beware.

This is about a few different things. One mainly being that man's effect on earth, how we effect it and defile its purity. Second being the romantisism in war, how man makes war for personal gain. And enevitably how society is very much like the snow flakes, Each one is different, however they all do the same thing, and have the same goals essentialy.
