Broken heart and crushed spirit,
Depression constant.

Dreams not met and people that hurt,
Pain consuming.

Outer scrapes and inner scars,
Become heavy to carry.

The desire to be immobile in solitude
Until mental distress ceases,
Can't be done.
Life moves, and so must we all.
