When I Stare

I have been watching it for days.
When I look in, it seems the windows stare back.
The shutters creak,
The wind howls.
The door slams,
The leaves flow in.
The fire starts,
The smoke flies.
The tapping starts,
Lights flicker.
Shadows move,
Floor squeaks.
The grass flows,
With the breeze.
They all say the house is haunted and the old man is dead.
But i still wonder,
Is that really true?
