Do what you love, love what you do

Hands,
Empowering us to
Touch the world.
The world,
Providing us with interactions,
Feeling our feelings
In ways out of curiosity,
Turning my insides to feel what I feel on the surface
One action
To touch was the gift of our hands
But there are two, the hinges on our wrist, hanging
As ornaments
Decorating our arms.
The left, given to reach out to those whose world is razed,
The right given to reach for help when our life falls ill to destruction.
Left or right they are used to turn darkness into rays of illumination.
To feel the hand of another,
Is a feeling of comfort that you are not the only one
A person needing another to feel accomplished, filling the spaces
In our hearts with compassion, filling the space between our fingers.
Two intertwining as one.
