Sometimes
I just want to fall over and scream
I want to tear open my flesh
I want to bleed on the floor
Sometimes
I just want the world to see my pain

Don't touch me
Just see me
Don't speak to me
Just hear me
Know what makes me like this

Sometimes
I just want to scream and yell
I want to hurt you with words
I want to leave my marks on your skin
Sometimes
I just want the world to feel my pain

The author's comments:
I am bipolar, ADHD, and autistic. I also have anger management issues. I get bullied a lot at school, and this makes me depressed. It makes me angry and I get depressed when I lose control of my anger. I really just want people to get an idea of what I'm going through. . .
