The zombies

The zombies...so mindless so dead,
They shuffle on so careless so neutral so free,
Sometimes I envy them, for ignorance is bliss,
But routinely I feel my knowledge is better,
Then their cold empty heads,
But my perception may be just a bit one sided,
They may not feel so misguided,
Perhaps they feel it's fine to be zombie walking amongst the free,
Perhaps I've been wronged perhaps I've mistaken,
The things some people can think can be abstract,
Perhaps it's my mind perhaps it's my fate,
That I will truly never escape...
