I can hear my heart, and only my heart.

It aches from years of breakups and sorrows.

I watch the doctors hurry in and out.
Thump thump, thump thump
Family and friends have all abandoned me.
Thump thump, thump thump
The screen beside my bed goes blank as I think of the things I should have said.
