do you know the pain i feel
its like rusted nails made of steel
do you know the pain i hear
words are the most i fear
do you know the pain i take
when you cry my tears are not fake
do you know the pain i inflict
self mutilation and harm that makes me sick
do you know what i see, when i wake up, its a person but not me
she draws the breath of life
as i sit in pain
she smiles
as i sit in shame
she can talk
i just cry
she is fake
so what am i?
