Fear Only to Wake

Close your eyes,
Rest your head,
The only safe place now
Is bed.
The taunts,
The torments,
And all of the tease,
They will all fade away
As you slowly ease,
Deep into a state,
Where no one can do wrong,
Deep into a state,
Where your courage is strong.
With courage so strong,
You fear only to wake,
For then you will know,
Your courage is fake.
Dreams can seem real,
Even if they’re pure insanity,
And maybe one day,
Your dream can become
Reality.
