Not going back

Regretting everything he has done
Al the lies he told
Trying to fix everything
Everything is all messed up
He wants her back

Girl unwilling to return
Back into his arms
Isn’t willing to get her heart broken again

He doesn’t see that
Wants a second chance
Prove to her that his worth it
Will do anything to get her back

She doesn’t want anything to
Do with him
Not from what he has cause
She’s moved on

He realized his too late
But isn’t giving up
His in love with her
Won’t give her up
If it’s the last thing he does

She tries and tries
Get her point across
She doesn’t like him anymore

Just wanted to point out that you kept using "his" when you mean "he's" or "he is". "His" is the possessive pronoun and "he is" is the subject that makes sense in your context. You did this more than once and such egregious errors really take away from your writing so watch out for that in the future :)
